Hi, I wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay. My daughter, Molly, and I accompanied James Haywood for a week long stay. We had a beautiful and spacious room and the lovely balcony was a bonus. Having access to the bikes was really brilliant and we enjoyed using them everyday.
All the staff were great, but I wanted to give a special mention to Hannah, on Reception , who couldn't have been more helpful. Jimmy, who helped us with the bikes and was always so jolly ( there was another lovely man who helped us with the bikes- dark hair and also very jolly and pleasant- cant remember his name- sorry!)
Also a big thank you to the lovely barman who was always smiley and helped us with ice and heating up gluten free pizzas for Molly, who is a coelaic and getting food for her can be very tricky- so big thank you to him.
The cleaners were also great, very efficient and our room was always beautiful made up when we came in.
The hotel really was fabulous and we couldn't have been a better stay, so thank you very much
